These guys are the best.
We had a problem with an exterior door lock which presented a big security issue. Richard arrived quickly, diagnosed the fault within minutes of arrival and had repaired the lock within the hour.
Richard is considerate, knowledgeable and efficient. Plus he didn't charge the earth for getting us out of schtum which was a massive bonus.

Richard came to basically fit a Chubb lock that matches the existing handle on an internal door. He phoned and we booked a date and time. When I went to add it to my Android diary, it was already there, so he is obviously switched on technologically. Tick!
He turned up on time and fitted the lock - finishing the job professionally, just like you used to get in the old days. Tick!
On that basis he's been asked to quote for other work we need doing.
